I highly recommend this product. I use it twice a day for 10 mins on the first level. I've made it to the 2nd level but it's a bit high and will take time. I will use twice a day starting at 5 mins a week, then add 2 more minutes each week for 5 weeks then try to level up. Extremely happy with this, even got a friend to purchase. He's impressed as well.
